Attention:

After receiving this portable ice maker, please keep it upright for at least 24 hours before using it for the first time. Filtered water is recommended for optimal ice quality. Reverse osmosis or distilled water is best for ice-only purposes as they minimize calcium deposits that can clog the ice maker's system.

During transportation or use, avoid turning the crushed ice maker machine upside down or tilting it more than 45°. If this happens, let the ice maker stand for at least 2 hours before inserting and using it again.

Ice cubes cannot be kept in the countertop ice maker for a long time as these small ice machines do not have freezing functions.

It is suggested to place the sonic ice maker in a cool and ventilated place to improve ice production capacity. The ice-making effect varies with water temperature and ambient temperature.

Make sure that the water level is below the MAX line when pouring drinking water into the water tank.

Please empty the water reservoir and dry it for storage if the pellet ice maker machine is not used for a long time.
